James W. Schwitalla

Mr. Schwitalla is the Principal and Founder of the Bankruptcy Law Offices of James Schwitalla, PA, a two-attorney consumer bankruptcy firm located in Kendall. He has been practicing consumer bankruptcy law since 1991.

Mr. Schwitalla is a frequent seminar speaker for the Miami-Dade County Bar Association’s Put Something Back Pro Bono Program, and an annual speaker at the Judge Alexander Paskay ABI Nuts and Bolts Bankruptcy Seminar in Tampa. He is also an annual guest lecturer for the third-year-law-student bankruptcy clinics at the UM and FIU Schools of Law.
